Skid steer loaders are perfect for material handling in confined spaces and demanding outdoor areas. They are hybrid machines that combine the features of a compact track loader and a small excavator on an all-terrain vehicle. You can use them for indoor and outdoor worksites, making them highly suitable for a variety of tasks.
They are multi-purpose machines that provide remarkable versatility on-site. They have a high working load limit and can be equipped with various attachments. These machines are suitable for many different industries, including construction, landscaping, agriculture, and more. You can use them to move materials, grade surfaces, dig trenches, clear waste areas, and more. The skid steer loader's compact size allows it to operate efficiently in tight spaces, and its robust design ensures it can handle challenging terrain.
Skid steer loaders are extremely useful due to their adaptability. You can use them as standard loaders with a bucket attachment that offers a range of lifting and dumping heights. Additionally, they have quick-attach systems for switching out attachments easily. This adaptability allows the machine to perform a wide range of tasks from a single base unit.
The standard bucket attachment is just the beginning. You can equip skid steers with a variety of attachments like breakers, grapples, sweepers, forks, dozer blades, and more. The ability to swap and change different attachments quickly and easily enhances the functionality of skid steer loaders. This flexibility minimizes effort and downtime, allowing you to maximize the productivity of the machine.
From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An "away from depot" charge will be calculated at checkout. We recommend you have your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI). If you need this, we can introduce you to an insurance provider, talk to us.
