Our 110v electric floor grinders are high quality, professional pieces of floor grinding equipment. Designed for the preparation and levelling of concrete floors, these electric units are ideal for use indoors or in areas with little ventilation - where a petrol unit would not be suitable. The solid and robust design of these floor grinding machines makes them perfect for flooring contractors working on building sites, industrial sites and more, as these units are able to withstand tough site conditions to perform to the highest standards. The flexible disc mount allows the machine to grind smoothly on a range of concrete floor surfaces, while the water injection system allows a wet grind option.
Our electric floor grinders feature a rotating disc which can be fitted with a range of different grinding attachments, in order to perform different jobs on site. As you push the floor grinder around, the grinding disc spins and effectively grinds away at the concrete surface. Typically, PCD and coarse grit diamond attachments are ideal for the fast removal of many coatings and overlays, while medium grit diamonds can be used to level and profile the floor surface in preparation for new coatings. Fine grit and resin attachments can be used to produce fine finishes and polished finishes. Whether you need to smooth and level a concrete floor, remove adhesives, grease and oil stains, remove surface coatings or give the floor a polished finish, our 110v electric floor grinders are perfect for the job.
These floor grinding machines have a range of features which are designed to provide ease of use and maximise user safety whilst working on site. Low vibration mounts reduce user fatigue, whilst a floating skirt around the grinding head provides efficient dust containment. Combined with a vacuum dust extractor unit, the skirt head prevents huge amounts of concrete dust from becoming airborne, which can seriously harm the health of the operator.
