This solar drying and changing room offers your workforce a comfortable place to remove work clothes on site. They are especially important when there is a particular need for dryness or weather conditions are poor and clothes get wet during work. The unit has a thermostatically controlled bown air heating system that keeps the changing area warm, and also dries workwear out of working hours.

The heating system is supported by a diesel generator with a 68-litre fuel tank. When the generator is not running, the heating and the PIR LED lighting is powered by the 3 300watt solar panels. This system allows for quiet operation, and saves up to 86% in typical running costs. The solar panels have a DC battery backup to ensure that they continue to run when needed without unexpected downtime.

This 6-metre by 2.4-metre unit offers plenty of room, and it is equiped with 3 seating benches and clothes hooks inside. It also has insulated walls and ceilings, and rubber window and door retainers. The extrernal container is made from durable steel, and has a 10 point anti-vandal door, external rain shrouds, and low-level lifting points and fork pockets. It is secure, robust, and easy to transport.

The minimum hire period for solar dryers is one week.
