Product Description

Professional Scaffolding For Use In Lift Shafts

Lift shaft scaffold towers provide a safe and secure access inside lift shafts. You can use them for working at a height for repairs, maintenance, servicing, and inspection.

These specialist alloy access towers have a short deck design and narrow width. You can build and scale them with ease within the confines of a tight working space.

The towers come with a 2.2m high platform. You can fix extra sections on top of each other so you can reach a desired height, up to 20.2m. You will need ties and stabilisers for reach beyond 4m.

Engineers access the platform through a 3T trap door and ladder system. You climb to the working platform from the inside of the tower, as recommended for safety by HSE.

Lift shaft towers come supplied with everything you need to construct. Each delivery will include safety handrails, platforms, ladder access system, and toe boards. They provide a convenient and practical solution to accessing heights in difficult locations, without compromising user safety.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.

If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.

YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.

If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.

An "away from depot" charge will be calculated at checkout. We recommend you have your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI). If you need this, we can introduce you to an insurance provider, talk to us.

This product requires a refundable deposit. This deposit is used to cover any excess that you might need to pay if the equipment is damaged during the hire period.

If a charge for fuel is not included. We supply the machine with a full tank, and we will charge you for the amount you have used at the end of the hire, which will be deducted from your deposit. If you refuel the tank, there will be no additional costs.

Deposits are refundable once the product is returned and checked by our partner. Any damages or cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit.
