Our aim is to make tool hire as simple and straightforward as possible. We want to offer the very best products, at great prices, while offering excellent service and support throughout the hire process.
We have a huge range of products in our hire fleet. Many of our products are listed on our website – you can follow the product categories to find what you are looking for, or you can type what you’re looking for in the search box on the website. If you would rather speak to a person, you can use our website Livechat service to speak to an assistant in real time.
Obviously, price is all important. We don’t want to charge exorbitant fees, so we have worked hard on our pricing, to be fair, open and competitive with our rates. There are plenty of options for you to get a quote from us. Our hire rates are clearly listed on the product pages for each hire period available for the equipment. Items which are priced only with a 'Weekly' hire period can be hired for less time but the minimum price payable is the stated 'Weekly' rate. Product page prices are exclusive of accessories and consumables (required or optional), Damage Waiver and VAT - all of which are calculated as your go through the online checkout. You can get a quote from us via the online Livechat service. This is a mobile friendly number, so you don’t get charged premium rates for calling us! If you don’t want to call us, simply request a call back via the product page or the Livechat feature on our website, and we will call you back or email you with a quote.
If you are hiring any products which require consumables, such as sanding paper, nails, cleaning solution and more, we can also supply this equipment for our products. If you let us know how many you need, we can quote you for that over the phone or online. If you’re not sure how many you need, just give our hire team a call or request a call back - we will be able to advise you. Any unused consumables can not be returned at the end of the hire for a refund. Though, there is no obligation to use our consumables, you can use your own as long as they are compatible.
You can book a hire either online or over the phone. Our new checkout process makes it simple for you to book a hire online and pay by credit or debit card.. For most products, there is no deposit, you simply pay the cost of the hire by debit or credit card. Once you have completed your booking, you can collect from your local branch at the start of the hire, or you can use our delivery service to have it delivered right to your door or site. If you’re a trade customer, you can apply to open a trade account and pay via 30 day invoice. Simply speak to us via our LiveChat service to find out more.
For extra convenience, we can deliver tools to your door or site. Unlike a lot of other companies, we offer a fair price on delivery and collection, priced according to your delivery address and the type of item. Most hires can be delivered for FREE! If you would rather pick up the tools yourself, you can! Just be sure to pre-book the hire online or over the phone before you go to store.
Whether you are going to the store to collect or having the hire delivered to you, you will need to have two forms of ID. One will need to be a photo ID, such as a driving license or a passport, and the other needs to be a proof of address, such as a utilities bill.
