Blow torches are incredibly verstaile and easy to use, suitable for jobs in all different sectors. They consist of simple components that you attach to create a safe and reliable flame torch. You can use them in the roofing, plumbing, civil engineering, ground care, gardening sectors, and much more. Use cases include applying torch down roofing base sheets, melting bitumen, brazing, soft soldering, paint stripping, pipe fitting, pipe bending, garden clearing, and melting ice or heating up equipment when it has frozen or seized.
Blow torch burners have handles with a trigger for allowing gas flowthrough, rubber hoses, and regulators that you can connect to gas bottles. They do not have ignitions, so you light them safely using a safety spark lighter.
From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An "away from depot" charge will be calculated at checkout. We recommend you have your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI). If you need this, we can introduce you to an insurance provider, talk to us.
